Training and Safety

The personal safety and health of each employee of SCI, Inc. is of primary importance. The policy of SCI, Inc. is to maintain a safe and healthy working environment at all times, and to comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations as well as state and local safety requirements of the construction industry.


SCI, Inc. maintains an in-house craft training program to ensure that all employees are knowledgeable in performing work in conformance with all environmental, health and safety laws and regulations. The training program consists of emergency procedures, general safety procedures and occupational health procedures. In accordance with SCI, Inc.'s qualification guidelines, each employee is trained on our general construction purpose, authority, qualification requirements by job function, implementation schedule and department responsibilities.
